About me and my practice

As a Professional Accredited Counsellor and Clinical Hypnotherapist I have gained a wealth of experience working with children, young people, adults, couples and families both locally and online, internationally.
I specialise in many areas of Mental Health, Trauma, Neuro Diversity, Gender Reassignment, LGBTQ+ and Psychosexual Therapy.
I have a great deal of understanding and empathy whilst incorporating my listening skills and experience to make a person's experience a positive one with the best outcomes.

Experience

My foundation is Person Centred which is client led to help you to come to your own realisations and see how you can move forward and make those much needed changes for a positive way forward, incorporating my skills and experience of, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Couples and relationship Counselling, Psychosexual Therapy, Loss and Grief which has brought many positive changes to my clients lives.

I have worked with a wide range of people at all levels and have many years of experience with those who have learning difficulties and who might be suffering from depression, anxiety, grief, loss or trauma.
